Hey! I’m a girl who’s into making homemade fruit tea syrups. Simmering fresh berries, citrus peels, or peach slices with sugar and a little lemon juice, then straining the sweet syrup into glass bottles—adding a spoonful to cold water or tea turns a plain drink into something fruity and delicious. I label each bottle with the flavor and date. I can’t stand when the syrup boils over and makes a mess on the stove; now I always stir it gently and watch the heat closely!
