I start every morning with yoga and meditation, which helps me get in a positive mood and recharge my energy for the whole day. Sometimes I add running to this, which allows me to keep fit and improve my mood.

I sew and wear my own clothes, which allows me to express my personality and style. I love music and often walk with headphones on, enjoying my favorite tunes and creating an atmosphere for inspiration. I often walk alone and listen to my favorite songs. it immediately lifts my mood and I smile a lot. Sometimes, for no reason, I can walk and smile with happiness.
