About me

My name is Lana, I am a Czech student who is in love with windsurfing and an active lifestyle. Since early age, I have been interested in sports and outdoor adventures. My parents supported my passion for outdoor activities, and I started windsurfing a long time ago. This sport brought adrenaline and a connection with nature into my life, which still fascinate me to this day. I am at university studying ecology and natural sciences. Spending time on the water helps me find a balance between studying and being active. Participating in windsurfing competitions brings me incredible emotions, as well as helping me develop my skills and build friendships with people who share my passion. I believe that being active in nature promotes physical and emotional health, and I strive to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle and be active. Life is full of exciting opportunities, and I try my best to take advantage of each one in search of new adventures and the joy of discovery.
