Seven years divided between jazz funk and ballroom dancing have led me to chase the beat of becoming a DJ. As a pastry chef with a penchant for Italian and Japanese dishes, I pour my soul into cooking. Baltika, my cat, shares my space with a collection of dinosaur figurines, adding whimsy to my life.
